The New Tag Heuer Monaco V4 Tourbillon From Baselworld 2014

Take a look at the new V4 tourbillon from Tag Heuer that was featured at Baselworld this year. This sports watch-turned-complex piece of modern machinery is a revolutionary design as it is the first ever belt-driven tourbillon to be introduced to the world. The watch is fully skeletonized so you have a nearly 360 degree view of the movement when it is off the wrist. The watch itself is quite lightweight due to its polished black titanium case; the majority of its weight comes from the crystal more than any other part of the watch. It is still categorized as a sports watch, by the brand, but I would never recommened participating in any sports or physical activities with this one strapped on your wrist. A better option for the sports-loving watch connoisseur would be the Richard Mille RM 010 or the RM 011, two top-quality sports watches in a relatively low price range (if you're willing to throw a good 100k down for a watch). I would definitely recommend this piece to any old, or new, Heuer enthusiast who's looking to add something a bit different to their collection. I wouldn't say that I wouldn't love this watch for myself, but, as always, I take the vintage route.
